Andrew is honest, responsive, and transparent in communication. We had a leak from the double brick wall, he saved us the leak detection cost by making a good judgement and got to the leak location straight away, making minimal hole to get it fixed. He also helped calling Yarra Water to fix our main valve. Highly recommended.

Hired for stormwater replacement and new connection to road verge which included dealing with council, Andrew and the team were professional and responsive, kept me updated on the progress and once on-site did a great job, work was completed to a high quality and the site was reinstated and tidy with Andrew going a step further sweeping and washing down the area. I will use AXC again in the future and recommend Andrew and his team to others.

We had a blocked storm water drain in the middle of a landscaping project. Initially there was the other plumbing company from OneFlare took the job and agreed to fix it the next day. However not only he was half an hour late and spent less than 5 mins on the site. He also told us he couldn't find the drain because he didn't have the pump to pump the water out. Then he just left. We tried to call him, no one answered the call. So we had to cancel the job and tried to find another plumber. We were very lucky that Andrew from AXC Plumbing Solution took the call. He told us he could come the next morning to fix the blockage which he did. He was on site on time, didn't spend much time to find the problem and unblocked the drain within half an hour. Andrew was so friendly, had excellent communication skill and charged reasonable price. In comparison to the other plumbing co, Andrew had emonstrated to us with great work ethic and professionalism. We also assigned another job to Andrew. We highly recommend Andrew vs AXC Plumbing to anybody and we are happy to hire him again.

After being let down by several plumbers in the past when trying to get my old toilet fixed, a friend recommended Andrew. Extremely impressed with Andrew’s work as he was able to identify and actually fixed the issue on the first go. Love the fact that I can rely on Andrew to give me an honest opinion (ended up buying new toilet and having it installed) and providing me with options. Very transparent about timelines, costings and suitability for my existing plumbing. Would definitely recommend him to future clients as he even was considerate by taking his boots of at the front door, which surprised me as no other tradie has done that before. Andrew was fantastic to have come out. Prompt on arrival (early, in fact), boots came off at the front door without my requesting (wife was delighted!), walked through the approach that would be taken to identify the blockage, and then set about addressing the issue. Spent another 15min at the end of the job ensuring everything was cleaned up. Very easy to deal with, clearly knew his stuff and takes pride in his work. Coming back to replace a broken mixer tap next week! Would highly recommend.

Feels great to have found a fantastic Plumber guy - Andrew. He has been very genuine to his words, assessment of problem, free quote, advice and installation. He helped me fix new toilet seats though it was not an easy job with the old toilet seat replaced. He also helped me fix a leaking gas hose for my ext. kitchen. He quoted me for 3 jobs however, he helped me get through a few more without any dramas. Very quick, accurate and fair priced.
